Private Lesson 48-hour Cancelation Policy

48-Hour Cancelation Policy
1.  Lessons must be cancelled/rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the lesson.

Flexibility in your schedule and the ability to adjust your lessons as life happens has always been something we are proud to offer. When cancellations occur at the last minute, we are unable to fill your spot with others who are waiting in line.

2. It is your responsibility as the parent/guardian to login as soon as possible as conflicts arise and cancel/reschedule your lesson.

For example if you have a lesson next Saturday, and you know you need to be out of town, please remove your lesson from the service as soon as you know, instead of when you get the text reminder.

3.  If you try to cancel or reschedule a 48-hours or less before the lesson, the service will tell you to call the business to cancel. You will need to talk to Coach Caroline directly if you need to cancel within 48 hours.

4. Lessons canceled within a 48-hour window are subject to be charged as a lesson. Coach Caroline will use her best judgement and discretion to decide whether or not a lesson should be charged. We understand illnesses and last minute emergencies happen and will do our best to work with you in these situations.

5. Morning lessons canceled after 7:30 am and evening lessons canceled after 3 pm will count as a lesson, regardless.
