Our Classes

Kate: Sessions

Policies, Sessions, and Prices

  • Group Classes are offered on a per-session basis.
  • Classes are 6 or more weeks in length and there is a makeup week if instructors cancel a class during the session.
  • If participants miss a class, there is no make-up

All group classes are full for Spring

March-May 2021

Summer Clinics

Session 1: June 7-18

Session 2: June 21-July 2

Registration

  • Registration Opens March 1 and is first-come, first-served
  • Registration is online
  • Payment is not required at the time of registration, but must be paid in full by the first day of class.

Session Information

  • Group classes in the summer run for two consecutive weeks, M-F
  • The Session cost is $200
  • Classes are 45 minutes in length with 2-3 instructors per class
  • There will be no makeups if a student misses a day of class

Classes for Competent Swimmers

Shark

Advanced

6+ years

60 minutes

max ratio 1:6

The Advanced class is for the proficient swimmer. All stroke techniques are refined for greater efficiency and effectiveness. This class is designed for endurance building, fitness, as well as swim team readiness. Classes include long-distance lap swimming, drills, water game, races, and self-rescue skills.

The Intermediate (Swordfish) class is a continuation of beginner skills and include stroke proficiency (freestyle and back stroke) development of breast stroke, elementary back stroke and side stroke. Jumping in deep water, longer distance deep water swimming and treading water.
