Mahoning County Family & Children First Council

Mahoning County residents can apply for limited funding/scholarships based on income need for 12, 30-minute private lessons for their special needs child

Mahoning County JFS PASSS Fund

(Post Adoption Special Service Subsidy)

Parents who live in Mahoning County and have adopted can apply for funding for lessons through the PASSS fund. (no matter where you adopted, as long as you live in Mahoning County

*Jewish Community Center PALS+

The Jewish Community Center of Youngstown offers free one-on-one swim lessons for persons who are on the autism spectrum or who have developmental disabilities. This program is funded by the Thomases Family Endowment of the Youngstown Area Jewish Federation and Autism Speaks.
